“I purchased a car hoist on 3/15/2007. I was given a 5 year warranty, which expired in 2012.

In December of 2012 the carriage that attach to the arms that lift the vehicle broke and my truck fell. On further inspection I observed that the broken piece had air bubbles in the steel.

I notifed Complete Hydralics and spoke to five different individuals including the owner William R. Brown. He seemed interested, we exchanged emails, spoke on the phone, and I sent a picture of the broken piece. He cut off communications and won”t return my calls.”

YOUR AN IDIOT IF YOU BUY FROM THESE DIRTBAGS!!!
Here is my complaint that I filed with BBB on 01/04/13 for a transaction done on 07/16:

“I made a purchase on 07/16/2012 for a hydraulic motorcycle lift. The customer service rep that I was working with, Linda Hall, took my order, charged my visa ($749.95) and filled out a bill of lading sheet for me. I work for a company that would be able to have this item be picked up instead of shipping it. Linda had informed me that this item was on back order and was due in toward the end of August. On 08/28/2012 I sent Linda an email asking for status of the lift. She replied that they were supposed to be in by this week, however, since they are made overseas there was a delay and now the date was pushed back till the end of September.”

STAY AWAY from Complete Hydraulic Sales and Service

“This is just a warning for those looking to buy a motorcycle lift table.

I’ve been going back and forth with this company for 2 lift tables that I ordered on September 19, 2012 and still as of today January 3, 2013 I have no lifts. And yes they charged my credit card on September 19th.

I get the runaround on the phone from employees and no return phone calls from the owner, Randy Brown. I filed paperwork with the BBB, Indiana Attorney General and a dispute with my credit card. Called local police in Franklin, IN and they said they have been getting lots of phone calls about the company.

I know I should have done more research before I bought from them but they seemed legit, now I know better!!

Just a warning to help others not go through this crap. Sucks to work hard for your money to have somebody try to screw you out of it! Learn from me and do your homework, please!

Once again this company is Complete Hydraulic Sales and Service, Inc in Franklin, IN, owner Randy Brown.”

“A couple of years ago, I had decided to purchase a low entry level wheel balancer for our shop as a backup unit  I had found on eBay,  your company was fairly close and I decided to look over the WB 260 balancer you offered. Taking a 130 mile trip to your location, I did purchase the WB 260 and all the adapters and hood for this unit.

We set the balancer up, it seemed to work ok, We balanced 12 tires with it, now you doubt me I suspect. Looking through our shop records, we have balanced 4 tires on my father’s pick up and 4 tires on our company Bronco.  We actually balanced four tires for one customer.  The balancer seemed to work ok as I said.   The employees here did not like the way it balanced, nothing compared to our Coats IBS 2000.

A month or so went by and our Coats machine needed repair so we went to use the WB 260 and it would turn on, but do nothing else,  the lights that once came on no longer did, and it did not show error like it would if we did not put the right information in.

Needless to say we called your tech support, got the typical run around. First off we tried to manually input information as directed, still nothing. Then received the same old story we have to order the part in.

Now in a matter of days our Coats machine was repaired, and a monthly call for the display panel for your machine is still out of stock. I had called again several months later, and guess what, the machine is no longer under warrantee.  Now I am going to have to pay to have this fixed.   My solution was to put it in the corner of our shop and forget it for a while

Complete Hyrdraulic offers $100 off if you wait 60 days for your product…By that time your credit card will probably refuse to refund your money.

“Complete Hydraulic’s business plan is charging customer’s credit cards to keep the lights on and fund Randy Brown’s “lifestyle” so he can take photos of himself standing next to a helicopter and telling everyone he owns it, put gas in his Lamborghini. He is a con artist who promises product that he cannot provide to the customer. Customers see a price they think is a good deal, Complete Hyrdraulic offers $100 off if you wait 60 days for your product…By that time your credit card will probably refuse to refund your money. If you give Complete Hydraulic your credit card information, you are throwing it away. He has been doing this for more than a year! Be smart, buy from someone else! “

“Complete Hydraulic Service & Sales, Inc. has apparently earned a bad reputation, but we found that out too late. We ordered a vehicle lift from this place and were told we had to do a check by phone because their credit card machine was broke down.  Truth is that we cannot reverse the charges on a check by phone like a credit card.  First warning sign.  But we ordered it.”

“I called to order a four post vehicle lift.  Was told that the lift I wanted was not in stock but they would offer a larger capacity lift for the same price.  The only downside is that not as many accessories would come with the larger unit.  I weighed the pros and cons and decided to go with the larger lift they were offering.  Order was placed 10/14/11 and was informed it would take 10 days to process the order.  I was also told that once the order was ready to ship they would call and give me the carrier information and delivery date.  I thought it was a bit odd that it took 10 days to get an order out.  On the 11th day I called to get an update.  I was told that the lift had not shipped and it might be another few days.  Then on 11/7/11 I received my credit card statement and saw that I had been charged the day the order was placed.  Thats wrong, wrong, wrong!”

“Do not buy from here unless you plan on filing a small claims action against this company. We ordered and paid for a hydraulic lift March 1012; with an ETA of 15 days. When we started calling in April we were told that our lift was on back order. Then when we called in May we were told that there was a problem with the order being delivered; it was stuck on a train somewhere. From there we started requesting a refund. Up until this time we had no problems talking to the owner, William Randall Brown, aka Randy.”
